Besides for nice big bedroom window towards the covered stoep, because it's a corner unit, additional side windows in the bedroom and bathroom lets in more beautiful views and sun. Your covered parking bay is close to your ground floor apartment which makes it easily accessible.

At Berg-n-See you are part of a great community of Sedgefield locals and enjoy added support services to make for a comfortable stay. A full solar installation ensures that you will never have to worry about loadshedding again and we’ve got superfast dedicated fibre internet connectivity for your streaming devices and cell phones. The fibre includes a PABX landline with free internal calling anywhere between resorts. Resort wide CCTV security camera surveillance, guarded access control, nurse call, a 24-hour manned reception and state of the art lift all ensure world-class luxury living and total peace of mind.

Besides for the above, 24/7 emergency support, regular check-ins by nursing staff, ongoing health assessments and weekly cleaning and laundry services, form part of the basics included in your levy package, tailorable to suit your needs. Although our resorts are in a very accessible Village position next to Spar and adjacent to the lagoon, we have a shuttle service for trips around Sedgefield and to the Berg-n-See Clubhouse for lunch, resort facilities or to attend functions and events. Berg-n-See is growing and has also just opened Berg-n-See Anker, our dementia home for residents that require dedicated memory care. Here you can use the heated swimming pool for now.
